Thank you for choosing our wig line. We strive to provide high quality products and services to our customers. Please take note of the following policy regarding refunds, exchanges, deposits, cancellation, lead time, and shipping:

- Refunds and exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our wigs. All sales are final.

- Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The deposit will go towards your order.

- Cancellation: You have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it without penalty. After that, your deposit is non-refundable.

- Lead time: Our standard lead time for wig construction is 1-2 weeks. However, we may be able to construct your unit before 1 week depending on availability. We will communicate with you regarding the estimated completion time for your order.

- Shipping: If you are not local, shipping will be $12.

Please note that certain items in our inventory may appear less than perfect, although they are still of great quality. These items may be light in color and difficult to match with other bundles.

As a result, these items will be marked down at extremely low prices or sold at cost to our customers.

These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. They are considered FINAL SALE.

By purchasing these items, you fully understand and acknowledge the condition of the hair and agree to abide by our final sale policy.

Disclaimer for ‘Discounted Do’ - Please be aware that the items may experience shedding, tangling, or matting. Therefore, I do not recommend installing them for long-term wear.
