Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Time:
All orders require a 3–5 business day processing window to verify payment, inspect hair bundles, and prepare package fulfillment. Processing times apply to all order options regardless of shipping method.

Shipping Time:
Once processing is complete, orders ship via expedited carrier with an estimated delivery window of 2–3 business days. Total estimated fulfillment time from order date to delivery is 5–8 business days.

Signature Requirement & Package Security:
To protect your order from theft or misplacement, packages may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or pickup at your local post facility.

Incorrect Shipping Details:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Shereese LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Address changes cannot be made after payment is submitted.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the mail carrier, Shereese LLC is no longer liable for stolen or missing items. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a package claim.
